These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Eagle Academy's website (eagleacademy.in) and all courses, services, and materials provided by Eagle Academy ("Company", "we", "us"). By enrolling or using our platform, you ("Student", "User") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Enrollment & Access
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or approved EMI plan
- Access to course materials is provided within 24 hours of payment confirmation
- Live session schedules are communicated via email and the student portal
- Recorded sessions are available for 12 months from course completion date
- Enrollment is personal and non-transferable — credentials must not be shared
- Eagle Academy reserves the right to refuse enrollment at its sole discretion
2. Course Content & Intellectual Property
- All course materials, videos, notes, code samples, and resources are Eagle Academy's intellectual property
- Materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial educational use only
- Recording, redistributing, reselling, or sharing course content is strictly prohibited
- Screenshots or extracts must not be published publicly without written permission
- Eagle Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or retire course content
3. Student Code of Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Engage respectfully with instructors, mentors, and fellow students at all times
- Submit original work — plagiarism will result in disqualification without refund
- Attend a minimum of 80% of live sessions for certification eligibility
- Complete projects and assessments honestly and independently
- Not use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or offensive activities
- Not share login credentials or attempt to access other students' accounts
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate suspension without refund.
4. Certification
- Certificates are issued upon completing all assessments and projects with passing scores
- Minimum 80% attendance in live sessions required for certificate eligibility
- Certificates are issued digitally within 14 business days of course completion
- Eagle Academy certificates are valued across the tech industry in India
- Fraudulent representation of certificates is subject to legal action under Indian law
5. Career Skill Workshops
- Mock interview and resume coaching workshops are included in designated bootcamp and career programs
- Workshop content includes: resume review, LinkedIn profile optimization, and mock interview sessions
- These workshops are skill-development activities and do not constitute or guarantee employment services
- Students must maintain 80% attendance and complete all projects to access these workshops
- Workshop access is available during the active course period
6. Payment Terms
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST
- Payment is processed securely by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant)
- EMI options are subject to bank approval and may carry processing fees
- Fees are subject to change; enrolled students are not affected by price changes
- Dishonoured EMI payments may result in suspension of access until cleared
- GST-compliant invoices are issued within 48 hours of successful payment

8. Limitation of Liability
Eagle Academy's total liability is limited to the course fee paid. We are not liable for:
- Specific employment outcomes or salary levels post-course
- Technical issues caused by the student's device or internet connection
- Third-party platform outages (Zoom, AWS, Firebase, etc.)
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through our Grievance Officer. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
