Refund Policy | Eagle Academy

At Eagle Academy, we are committed to transparency and fairness in all our dealings with students. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. Before the Class Starts

If you choose to cancel your enrollment before the class commences, a 5% service charge will be deducted from the total amount paid. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Example: If you paid ₹50,000 for a course and cancel before it begins, a service charge of ₹2,500 (5%) will be deducted and ₹47,500 will be refunded to you.

2. After the Class Starts

Once the class has commenced, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. We encourage all students to review course details, ask questions, and attend a free demo session before enrolling.

Important: Once a class session has begun, the enrollment is considered active and no refund request will be entertained. Please attend a free demo class before confirming your enrollment.

3. Refund Summary

4. How to Request a Refund (Pre-Class)

Step 1: Email eagleacademychennai@gmail.com with subject: “Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Course Name]”
Step 2: Include your full name, registered phone number, and enrollment details
Step 3: Our team will confirm receipt within 24 business hours
Step 4: After verifying that the class has not yet started, the refund (minus 5% service charge) will be processed within 5–7 business days
Step 5: Amount will be credited to your original payment method

5. EMI Refund Note

If you enrolled via EMI and request a refund before class starts, the refund will cover the amount you have paid so far minus the 5% service charge
Future pending EMI installments will be automatically cancelled upon approved refund
Bank processing fees (if any) charged by your bank may not be refundable
